1. Who we are

Nubixly provides custom CRM systems. This policy explains how we handle personal data on our website and in the services we operate for our customers.

2. What we collect

When you contact us: your name, company, email address and whatever you include in your message.
When you use a CRM we host: your account details, and the records your organisation chooses to store.
Automatically: basic technical logs such as IP address, browser type and timestamps, used for security and reliability.

3. Why we use it

To respond to enquiries, to provide and support the Service, to keep it secure, to bill for it, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use customer CRM content for advertising.

4. Customer data

Where your organisation stores personal data in a CRM we host, your organisation is the data controller and we act as processor on its instructions. See our Data Processing Agreement.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the Service — such as hosting, email delivery and error monitoring — under appropriate contractual protections, or where required by law.

6. Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with it and for our records. Customer data is retained for the life of the agreement and for a reasonable export window afterwards.

7. Security

Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Instances are isolated per customer, access is restricted to staff who need it, and backups are taken regularly.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to processing. Contact us to exercise them.

9. Cookies

This website uses only what is necessary to serve pages. The CRM application uses a session cookie to keep you signed in.
